This summer, don’t let your athlete lose momentum.
Titan Athlete Summer Camps are built for athletes who want to get stronger, move better, build confidence, and head into their next season more prepared than before. This is not random conditioning and it’s not glorified babysitting. This is structured training with purpose.
At Titan, we coach athletes to develop strength, speed, movement, discipline, and confidence so what they do in the gym actually carries over to competition.
Who It’s For
2 Camp groups
Athletes 12 & under.
Athletes 13 & up
Whether your athlete is just getting started or already serious about their sport, this camp gives them the coaching, structure, and training they need to improve over the summer.
What’s Included
Progressive Strength and Performance Training
Athletes follow a structured training plan designed to improve strength, coordination, athleticism, and overall performance.
Speed, Agility, & Vertical Training
We focus on movement quality, quickness, body control, and athletic development that transfers to the field, court, mat, or track.
Nutrition & Recovery Information
Athletes will receive simple, practical coaching around nutrition, recovery, and how to fuel their bodies to perform well.
Mindset and Confidence Development
Athletes will build discipline, resilience, and confidence as they learn how to properly train. Approaching their sport, training, challenges, and competition with the right mindset.
